CONNEX was founded to fulfil the resources constraint in the IT and Communication Industry.
With 30 years of IT practitioner experience in various capacity, along side a well-connected base of middle to top management ranging from Sales, Engineering and Software Development with domain experience in the government, banking & insurance, logistics, manufacturing and education sectors. Focus on providing end-to-end talent sourcing and managing services, we are part of the regional network of companies supporting our talents, partners and clients from within Singapore. Our team is passionate when it comes to matching the right talents with our clients’ hiring requirements.

We work closely with our network of talents, global partners and our clients. And we seek not to rush or push any decision. We choose to respect and that is how we will treat each assignment or project.

The CONNEX team will work closely with our clients and talents – understanding the specific requirements of our clients and our talents’ career aspiration.

Extend our sourcing as wide till we narrow the right talents to be presented to our clients, keeping in mind the short and challenging recruitment timeline.

Narrow or limit the gap between our clients and our talents, for a successful match Follow up with our talents for proper exit from last position and successful on-boarding to the new career venture.
